1. Form the tank body according to the drawings provided by the customer/designer;
2. After the tank body is formed, perform sandblasting and rust removal on the inner surface of the storage tank;
3. Sodium treatment of PTFE sheets;
4. Apply adhesive: Apply adhesive to both the PTFE sheet and the inner surface of the storage tank at least twice, ensuring even and complete coverage;
5. PTFE sheet application: Heat the PTFE sheet and use specialized tools to manually press and smoothly cover the equipment surface. This process may seem simple, but it is physically demanding. Uneven force application may require reapplication of the PTFE sheet, and in severe cases, the entire sheet may be scrapped.
6. Trim the joints between two PTFE sheets into a V-shaped groove to facilitate the next welding process;
7. Weld the groove using PFA round strips, then level the welded strips with the PTFE sheet, followed by welding with wide PFA strips;
8. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment using a 15kV spark tester.
